Leading the £1 Billion regeneration of Swansea
Swansea city centre is a major urban transformation project, with over £1 billion being invested across the city, allowing Swansea to realise its potential as one of the most vibrant places to live, work, visit and study in the UK.Copr Bay is at the forefront of the city’s ambitious regeneration. Plans for Phase One include a 3,500 capacity arena and conference centre - to be operated on a long-term basis by the Ambassador Theatre Group - a 150-room hotel, a 1.1 acre coastal park, landmark bridge, improved public realm and car parking and new homes, alongside independent and destination restaurants and a retail provision. Initial leasing opportunities are now available.

Copr Bay Phase One is being funded by Swansea Council, with the arena element of the scheme being part-funded by the Swansea Bay City Deal. The Swansea Bay City Deal is a £1.3 billion investment fund that includes funding from the UK and Welsh Governments and the private sector for major transformation projects in this region of South Wales.

Affordable housing agreement signed as part of £1 billion Swansea regeneration
Swansea Council has signed an agreement with Pobl Group, Wales’ largest Registered Social Landlord, to manage 33 affordable apartments as part of Phase One of the Copr Bay regeneration project.

Leasing opportunities
Leasing opportunities are now available for Phase One of Copr Bay, with retail and café units available in the Wassail Street block adjacent to the new feature bridge, the 'Pavilion' to be situated in the new Coastal Park, and St David's Square.
