Proudly funded and delivered by Swansea Council with support from the City Deal
Swansea city centre is a major urban transformation project, with over £1 billion being invested across the city, allowing Swansea to realise its potential as one of the most vibrant places to live, work, visit and study in the UK. Copr Bay is at the forefront of the city’s ambitious regeneration programme.
Copr Bay Phase One is being funded and developed by Swansea Council, with the arena element of the scheme being part-funded by the Swansea Bay City Deal. The Swansea Bay City Deal is a £1.3 billion investment fund that includes funding from the UK and Welsh Governments and the private sector for major transformation projects in this region of South Wales.
