Copr Bay will be the city’s go-to destination for independent and locally run dining concepts, as well as an exciting opportunity for emerging concepts to be a part of this vibrant new neighbourhood. Leasing opportunities are now available for Phase One.

Cupid Way

Situated across the new landmark bridge from the Arena and a stone’s throw from the city’s market and primary shopping areas, the Cupid Way development will become an independent shopping and dining quarter for the city. Plans include residential apartments, car parking for 600 cars, retail units and restaurants.

St David's Place

Set to become a new social space for the city, St David’s Place will contribute to Copr Bay Phases One and Two, delivering enhanced green space and public realm. The historic landmark of St David’s Church will provide the backdrop for the new church hall and café / commercial building, which has been designed to complement the listed church.

Cycle Hub

As part of the sustainable transport policy and located on the Arena side of Oystermouth Road, adjacent to the car park entrance and the feature public steps and lift, a unit is available which is targeted for use as a cycle hub. The hub is ideally located for the city centre and access to the bay.
